These players scored the best 3 'average scores' each month, but to make it a little fairer for those that played more than one game in the month, we have added 2 points onto the achieved average score for every extra game each player played beyond one in each month (e.g if you play 3 games in the month then your 'average score' is increased by 4). In the event of a tie, the player who has played most games in the month takes the top spot.
