Can all Amigos please check their current game bookings and cancel any that they can no longer attend. If you cannot cancel from your booking response please contact Graham who will cancel for you. Thanks.

With Amigos recommencing golf games during the 'lockdown' period we must adopt new Covid-19 control Protocols across all of our games. Please Familiarise yourself with the new 'Covid-19 Protocols' document that can be found under the 'Amigos Info' tab on the website.

Great News, Subject to royal approval of the latest update to the 'Lockdown' decree it is expected that Hacienda Riquelme, La Torre & Alhama Signature will all open on 25/5.

We're back (hopefully). It looks like golf courses are likely to be allowed to open on 11/5, albeit with some specific controls. With this in mind we have booked an Amigos game for 21/5 @ Saurines. Book online to secure your place.

Following the regular 'Handicaps Review' post every OOM competition, six lucky golfers will be playing their next Amigos game with one extra shot. Good luck everyone, hopefully not too long now before we can get back onto the course.

Looking forward to more positive times, it looks like September & October could be a bumper activity time for Golfers at HR. It will be worth looking forward and booking onto your Amigos events around that time (particularly back half of September) as I suspect they may 'book-up' quickly. Keep Safe everyone.

With regret, we have decided to cancel the Amigos Anniversary Cup event scheduled for 21st May at Valle del Este. It is unlikely there will be any more Amigos games for another 2 months but as soon as we get an 'all clear' we will update people via this site & Facebook. Keep Safe Amigos.

Due to the CORVID-19 virus, UGolf have decided to close their courses for 14 days, which impacts our visit to Saurines. In the current climate it is likely other courses could do like wise so we have decided to cancel that Amigos game and we will advise on the Vistabella game (2/4) in the near future.

Pricing finalised for Anniversary Cup match at Valle del Este on 20/5 so don't miss-out. €60 to incl: Coach from HR, Green Fee, Buggy, Coffee/cake. Picnic lunch, Meal post game, Free Drink, Goodie Bag & Prize fund.

GNK have advised us they are using the La Torre closure to repair (returf) 4 greens so our 23/1 game has been moved to El Valle.

Checkout the new ALBUMS tab on the site where you will find many photos taken at our biggest events. At the moment that means: Boxing Day 2019, Mystery Golf Day 2019, Ryder Cup 2018.

The new course ALTAONA GOLF has opened (was Mosa Trajectum) so give it a try and let us know what you think. It is a 9-hole course playing once round at €20,00 and twice round at €35,00, buggy costs at €12,00 and €20,00. These are low season rates to Feb’20. It has no slope yet but is currently being determined.

From February 2020 we will be changing our Amigos Golf Balls supplier. The Wilson DX3 are no longer available so we have upgraded to Vice Pro branded balls (equivalent to Titliest Pro v1) to better reward our NTP winners.

Following completion of another Order of Merit contest, I have completed the regular handicap review and 11 players have be awarded an extra shot. Hopefully this will help them be more competitive in the coming months.

Don't forget that we start a new Amigos year in January so we will be collecting everyone's €5 subs from the next game. We have retained the subs level at €5 for the 3rd consecutive year and it applies whether you play 1 or 41 games in the year.

Congratulations to Dave Hooper on his magnificent winning score of 182 in the Sep - Dec 2019 Order of Merit. This was enough to push Gordon Hutchinson into 2nd place with Bob Lancaster making a late push to take 3rd place.

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR to all Amigos, from your Organiser team.

At the start of 2020, many Amigos decide to renew or change their GNK / SGF membership. Please ensure you let Brian Platt know so that we have the right details on our database and can charge the correct figures. Thankss

We have been advised by GNK that the La Torre course will be closed throughout December. Our 26/12 game is being relocated to Hacienda Riquelme.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Amigos team that won the Amigos vs La Serena Challenge on Saturday (10/12) with a magnificent 5 wins, 3 halved & 1 loss.
